Shipping companies, such as UPS® and FedEx® offer time guarantees for their services. This means that you can receive money back for packages delivered late.

If you are like most companies, you do not have the time or the professional resources needed to follow each and every package that is sent out. And you probably lose money because you do not collect the refunds that are due you. This can add up to thousands of dollars at the end of each year!

  • Time Guarantees: We determine if the packages were delivered within the time committed by your courier. If they weren't, we claim the full amount paid for the packages, and the money is refunded to your account by the courier.

  • Never Shipped: Orders that were entered into your system but never shipped incur the same charges as they would incur had they been shipped. We monitor every tracking number uploaded and are able to determine if a package was never shipped. We then claim a refund in the full amount to be credited back to your account by the courier.
